Sunday night

Had some friends over for drinks, snacks, and conversation. Main topic of conversation was the state of college English education. The evening was a success, and the food was a hit. I even got a regular coffee maker for the occasion, because not everybody in the world shares my weirdness for instant coffee.

I'm on call for a possible job tomorrow morning - a monitor install. This will be my first tech-related job in a while. I was called by a recruiter for a tech staffing agency, and they want to get me working. I guess that A+ certificate is starting to pay off.
