Richard's final monologue in the second scene (not shown here) was the one I practiced for my audition monologue with my acting coach. I just love absolutely everything about this movie. It's interesting to compare the film to the book, too - for instance, there's the little in-joke of casting Meryl Streep as Clarissa. The film is faithful to the book, but it is its own thing too.
