The Next Generation at 21

First, apologies to all LJ friends old and new for not keeping current lately. I am in the process of migrating my (way too many) worldly possessions from a 2-bedroom apartment to a studio apartment and/or storage cube and/or dumpster. Today (December 12, Monday) was my last and final full day as a tenant at my old place at Shadowdale.

But today is important for something much more important: it is now 21 years since TNG came into this world. While I haven't had the privilege of playing as big a role in his parenting as I would have liked, I am proud beyond all reason of the fine young man he has turned out to be.

I'm looking forward to the coming years when I will have the chance to get to know TNG as adult-to-adult. Meanwhile, congrats to you, kid, and raise a legal adult beverage in celebration.
